Have a licence which is bound to a defective computer - has to be released for new install

Hello 
 we have a dead computer with this licence 
 xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx 
 SDL Trados Studio 2021 Workgroup 
 
 I can&acute;t deaktivate this licence for a new install. Can you please set free the licence for us? Best regards Dirk Gensler IT-Engineer
