Cannot deactivate 2017 (test) licence

Our 2017 test licence has been extended.
This must be reactivated in the Trados Licence Manager and
deactivate it first.
Unfortunately, when I try to deactivate it, I get the error message ‘An error occured while retrieving your licence. Error ID: 653’
In the licence portal the used number is zero. And available is one.
What can we do?
