I'm trying to activate my SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus license after a system restore

I'm trying to activate my SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus license on a new computer.

I've reset the license on the previous computer and then I downloaded the software on the new one.

When I get to the activation dialog box, I get an error message (403) and cannot proceed.

In the Activation Code field, I insert the code presented on the Licenses page regarding this product and I get the following message:

"Activation failed.

Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings.

The remote server has developed an error (403): Forbidden."

I've done this previously some years ago and I had no issues, so I don't understand what the problem may be.
