Dear Support Team, I was having several issues with my computer during the last few months and I reset my SDL Trados 2021 licence a couple of times to be able to continue working from a different computer while my own was being repaired, then switched back to my computer after repair. The problems persisted and I have now gotten a brand new computer, and need to start using my licence on there for good, however I am not being allowed because it seems there is a limit of three times for resetting. Would you kindly be able to help with this? I no longer have access to my previous computer now so at the moment I am stranded and cannot continue my work.
