Hello,

I have been working with SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance SR 2 15.2.8.3007 (single user licence) for more than six years without any problems.

To my surprise, when I tried to start Trados Studio today, I was asked to enter my activation code. After entering the code, an error message appeared that no connection to the activation server could be established (error code Remote Server 403). I tried to reset the activation code and waited 30 minutes. Entering the activation code again was rejected with ‘feedback.sdl.com does not respond". 

Offline activation is also not possible,. When I try to create an Offline Activation Certificate, the input mask does not provide a way to generate the installation ID.

My internet connection (no proxy) is working fine.

I would like your assistance.
