Dear all,
I need to deactivate my license (SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance) from my old computer (I no longer have access to it) and activate it in my new computer. I have tried to deactivate the license from Trados Help -> Product activation (as it is shown in the licence activation video) but the Deactivate Offline Button doesn’t appear. There is only the Offline Activation Button.
What can I do? Thanks your help!
