I want to delete my licence because the program no longer works correctly. I then want to reinstall it on the same computer (and hope that the problems no longer occur).
First I must deactivate my licence, but I get this message:

If you don`t have the Studio 2022 insaller anymore you can download it from here: https://downloadcentercdn.sdl.com/TP/Trados/T2022/Studio/CUs/SR2_CU11/TradosStudio2022_SR2_CU11_19134.zip

I tried your proposed solution, but my "Data" file is empty ...
Would there be a problem if I delete the Trados file all together, and reinstall the programm from the dowloadcenter with my activation code?
