Reactivate my license but cannot connect to activation server?

I have a new computer and am trying to reactivate my SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance license.

In my RWS Account under Licenses and Subscriptions, it says there is one license available (not in use). This means I have deactivated the license on my old computer (?). So far so good.

But when I click on Activate in the dialog box when starting up the newly downloaded Trados 2029 on my new computer and put in the activation code, I keep getting error messages saying I could not connect to the activation server.

I have tried all other options but keep hitting the error buffer.

What can I do to activate my licence? I need Trados for a big job next week!
