I have two laptops and need to activate Trados Studio Freelance Plus 2021 in the second laptop as well (currently 2019) because I am travelling with that one now, but under Licenses & Subscriptions it says that I have one license in use and no available upgrades. A quick answer is much appreciated!
You have already upgraded from 2019 to 2021 so you have nothing else left to upgrade. You have also activated both of your licences (the Plus licence gives you two), and this is why it's showing as none available.
So if you forgot to return a licence perhaps and lost it this could leave you in the predicament you are now. However, you can probably sort this out yourself so it's worth having a go.
