License Reset Problem

Dear Trados Support,

I am unable to reset my Trados license (Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus). My computer crashed and is broken, so I need to reset my license to activate it on a new computer. 

I tried to reset it on the license page of my account, but I could not find "Reset License" option.

Could you please reset my license for me?
