I haven't been able to get Trados Studio 2024 to run. I have tried deleting the Studio 18 and 18 folders, have repaired the installation, and have reinstalled, all to no avail.
It worked fine yesterday, but all of sudden, it stops working. When I started my computer and tried to open Trados this morning, it crashed. Even after the troubleshooting above, this state continues.
Also, I have the following service:
Level 2 Support and Maintenance Agreement
but unable to find where to contact when I have a technical issue.
