Error ID: 8277831 - I cannot Deactivate All licenses on a old server before activating them into new one (and then upgrade)

I have License Server Manager 18.0.79 installed on my old server (Windows Server 2012 R2) currently hosting Trados Studio 2022 licenses

If I click on "Deactivate all" following error pops up:

Error message in Trados License Manager stating 'Could not connect to the activation server. Error ID: 8277831'.

I also tried to make an offline deactivation without success. Can you please help me? 

My goal is to deactivate all licenses, then activate them on a new server (where license manager and so on in correctly installed) and configure all - same - clients for my company for such licenses before upgrading them.
