Going on with the ticket CS0004170

Dear, 

We successfully deactivate all licenses thorugh your procedure. Moreover, we also activated on the new server with a new product key xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx. 

Before using purchased (not-expiring) 2024 licenses, do we need to wait for all the 2024 trials to end? Can we kill them all?

Please, suggest us the most correct procedure,

I was forced to open a new ticket as the CS0004170 was closed.

    If you opened a new ticket, please follow up with that new ticket, as the forum is not the technical team, and we cannot check the closed or opened tickets in the technical support system, we can raise them when needed on behalf of the customers.

    As for the trials, if you received them via your Account Manager, I advise you to ask them about the trials. 

    Generally, the trials for Trados Studio can be activated when one purchases a license (new or upgrade). 

    But it is best you discuss with your Account Manager or your contact person from RWS on how to proceed on this.
