We want to upgrade 4 licenses (SDL Trados Studio 2019 Professional (Network SN)) from version 2019 to version 2021. Our lincense server is ruuning offline without any Internet connection. We tryied top follow "https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sys_kb_id=8cbd22e01b0f9a50772c0dcad34bcb7a". However, no " Can't deactivate online? - Deactivate Offline." link or button is avaialble. COuld you please advise us how to proceed? The whole deactivation/upgrade/activation process has to be as short as possible as our users have only limited "window" for a disruption of their work.
