I purchased Trados Studio 2024 but I cannot active my subscription and I get the error message above when trying to sign in.
When clicking My Account in the pop up window I see a page saying "can´t reach this page". I´ve checked the credentials all over again (also on a different computer) and there is nothing wrong with them.
