I want to migrate my Trados2021 Freelance Plus licence to a new computer (Windows 11 OS). The offline deactivation is giving an error message, "Failed to deactivate offline. The specified deactivation authorization may not be valid. Validate your deactivation authorization against the authorization in your account." I don't know how to proceed. Even though deactivation fails, the message says the deactivation is successful in the old computer. However, the licence is still active and valid in the old computer. How to solve this problem?
