I installed Trados Studio 2024 on my work computer and my account shows one perpetual license in use. I am now getting a message saying it is in trial mode and will expire in 7 days. Does my IT department need to uninstall and reinstall Trados. Please advise asap. Thank you!
Please try to reset the license from your RWS account https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/mylicenses/licenses.aspx Then reactivate it.
