I have a Freelancer Plus license of Trados Studio 2017. I can't seem to activate or disactivate any of the licenses for various issues:
- I first tried to deactivate one license from an old laptop to use it on my new one. I got an error message about being unable to create a secure SSL/TLS channel
- I reset the license online and this worked and freed up one license
- On my current Windows 11 machine I tried to install Trados (it seemingly went ok), but when I tried to activate the license I still get the message about the SSL/TLS channel. If I try the online activation method, as soon as I copy the activation key, the software shuts down and I get a message about the service Sdl.Desktop.Platform.Services.ITelemetryService not being available.
How could I solve the issue?
