Hi there,
I have a SDL Trados Studio 2014 Freelance Plus license (no expiry date), which I am trying to activate online. This involves entering an activation code (found in my RWS account) into the Alternative activation options window in the Studio software. This produces an installation ID, which must be entered in the offline activation window in my RWS account to generate an Activation certificate. Except that the RWS website fails to generate the Activation certificate, instead it just times out, displaying a message that the problem will soon be fixed. Well, it hasn't been fixed the last three months, so I was wondering if anyone had a suggestion what I should try next?
