I cannot do the deactivation on the former computer.

Hello,
I would like to get some help regarding the deactivation of the SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance account.

I recently bought a new laptop so I tried to deactivate my account on my older computer, but it turned out that I cannot do it.

The pop-up said that I cannot access to the activation server so that I have to deactivate offline.

BUT when I check my license at the LICENSES & SUBSCRIPTIONS on RWS website, it says I have one available account, while the Trados installed in my older computer still works.

I tried to deactivate it offline, but I cannot get the Installation ID, because the Licensing Server Manger was not installed in my computer. (I also checked the SDL folder in the Common Files Folder, following your KB recommendations).

And I even cannot find where to install it.

Can you just deactivate my account from your side? I literally cannot find ways to deactivate it from my side, and I HAVE to solve this problem within 2~3 days.

If needed, I will let you know my activation code.
