Hello,
I am trying to deactivate one of my two Trados Studio 2024 licenses on my old desktop computer, to reactivate it on my laptop (other license is installed on my new desktop and working correctly).
When I try to deactive it online, I get the following error message: "An error occurred while retrieving your license. Error ID:125"
Any tips on how I can solve this problem?
