Hello,
a license for Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus and I want to install it in a second computer, but I'm not able to.
Is there anything I should do? I tried to copy the activation code, but it gives me an error.
I already bought an upgrade to 2024 (not activated yet), but I was told that I would still be able to use my 2 installations of 2019 as long as I didn't activate 2024).
Please let me know if I need to do anything special to activate this second laptop.

I've noticed that both activations are in Used now. Please advise have you managed to activate successfully the second activation?

Hello Ana,
No, I couldn't install it, I get a message of "The type of license has not been found".
The last thing I tried to do yesterday was to activate offline (just to try a different path), I don't know if this is why it believes that it's activated.
Is the second activation from yesterday?
