I had to reinstall Trados and after re-establishing the license on the web, when I try to activate the program I get an error. I have done it 3 times and now it won't let me re-establish the license. On the web it says that the license is active, but the program has not been activated. What can I do?

I have received an answer (in fact, I'm trying to follow the link to this case I received on the email, but it keeps redirecting me to https://gateway.rws.com/csm and I cannot reply to that message).
Anyway, the help I received was resetting my license, but the problem is still there. I inserted again my license number and I got again an error message. Now the license appears to be in use and the program is not activated. And I cannot reset again the license...
Please, could you help?

Is there any other way to access to the case?
You don`t need to access that link, simply reply to the email you received from the support engineer.
