I have a current Trados Studio Personal subscription (release: Trados Studio 2024 - 18.0.2.3255) and cannot use Language Weaver.
I've tried to log in from Studio as shown in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Te3vCJuHlM, to no avail. Specifically:
I create a new Studio project, I select "Use - Language Weaver Provider" from the "Use" dropdown list in Translation Resources, Language Weaver Cloud, Region: EU, and then either "RWS ID SSO" or "User credentials", then I get these error messages, respectively:
I've tried to log in to LW (https://portal.languageweaver.com/login) many times using my RWS credenttials, and I always get this message: “You are not allowed to login to Language Weaver. Please use another account or contact your Language Weaver administrator."
It seems I don't have a LW account, and I'm not finding any resources to create it, or a valid solution in the Community.
Could you please help me?
