Trados Studio 2024 just won't run

Hey! I recently purchased a Studio 2024 upgrade but I have not been able to run the software ever since. I have been looking around for a solution but nothing seems to work. When I click on the icon, the software seems to load, but then it just disappears. Any piece of advice, please?
