Hey! I recently purchased a Studio 2024 upgrade but I have not been able to run the software ever since. I have been looking around for a solution but nothing seems to work. When I click on the icon, the software seems to load, but then it just disappears. Any piece of advice, please?

Via a remote session we managed to solve the issue by resetting the folder that holds the plugins that the client had installed. Studio is opening fine now.
