Trados Studio 2024 subscription won't activate

Hi, 

I have just bought a subscription to Trados Studio 2024 but when I log in to my account in the program in order to activate the product there is no "Activate" button on the Subscription tab, it just says "Your subscription has expired. To renew it or select a new package, visit your account." When I visit my account page, there are two "Trados Studio Freelance - 12 month subscription" segments under Licenses & Subscriptions but they both have an activation date of 16-03-2025 and expiry date of 15-03-2025, i.e. the day before the activation date. I paid for the suscription by Paypal about an hour ago and the payment is confirmed. I need to be able to get into the program ASAP as I have two deadlines tomorrow.

I attach a screenshot of what I see when I attempt to run the program and activate the product:

When I click on close, I get a little box that tells me I'm about to be booted from my program because "the license has been deactivated". Here is the screenshot:
