Help needed: Cannot setup Trados Studio, name and email address are not accepted

Question

Hello, 
 I am trying to prepare my old laptop to use Trados Studio while traveling and I cannot run the program. 
 It will not accept my name and email address in the initial setup screen after install and I cannot proceed. 
 After many installs/uninstalls, and trying with many names and emails, I simply cannot procceed from that screen. 
 
 Can anybody help?

Hi Antonio, 
 Have you tried to Reset the User Profile Settings as indicated in the documentation?

 For step 5 please select the option Do not back up... and click Finish 
 Close the wizard and restart Trados.
