I cannot activate my Trados Studio 2021

HI,

Unfortunately, I still cannot activate my Trados Studio 2021. This is what the system shows when I try.

Error dialog box with a red cross symbol indicating 'Activation failed. Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. - The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.' with an OK button.
