Copy your activation code (located in Products & Plans > Licenses of your My RWS account) and paste it into the Activation code field.
NOTE: The moment the activation code is placed in the field the Installation ID will be displayed:

The Installation ID was NOT displayed when I pasted the activation code

and i did not get the activation certificate, because I don't have the Installation ID

If you have Windows 11 try the following steps: 

In Windows search bar type "Device Manager" and open it and then go to: Network Adapters - Action - Add Legacy Hardware - Install the hardware that I manually select from a list - Network adapters - Choose a network adapter (Microsoft > Microsoft KM -Test).

Then try again offline activation.

when I click on Network Adapters, Action is NOT one of the options available

I followed all the steps and it's still not working - I'm not getting the Installation ID
