Trados won't re-install after plugin problems

Hello

My Trados software crashed this morning. I kept getting the same message (which unfortunately I'm no longer getting and I did not note at the time) but Trados support led me to rename the plugins and repair. This I did. Obviously, because I'm here, this did not solve the problem so I decided to disinstall and reinstall Trados. Now the program doesn't even want to open at all.

Please get back to me quickly because I have a client screaming at me to deliver a 28k translation that I can no longer access.
