Failed deactivation

Hello there!

I have a new computer and a Freelance Trados Studio 2019 license. I deactivated the license on the old computer but still shows as active on my 'Licenses and Memberships' section. I click on the option 'Can't deactive online? deactivate offline' but it gives an error. If I open again Trados on any of my computers (old and new), it shows it needs to be activated. Therefore, I am in an endless loop.

I would appreciate some help here, please. I do not have Trados now in any of my computers and have some work awaiting.
