Activate my license in other computer

Question

Hi! 
 I am confused again to install my license in other computer. Last year, I was in Greece and I had the same problem because my license was installed in my computer in Brazil. I returned to Brazil and now I am in Greece again. 
 Before I came to Greece, I verified that my license is available in my RWS Account, but I can't install it here in Greece. Could you please help me?

 The program can be downloaded from your account, Products and Plans - Downloads https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/default.asp The activation code is in Products and Plans - Licenses. If you cannot activate, please let us know and we will submit a case with our technical team for you.
