Activation error when using my Trados license 2019. Please help.

To Whom It May Concern:

I needed to reformat my laptop without having the opportunity to deactivate my Trados 2019. I proceeded to reset my activation code successfully and downloaded the software.

However, the trial version was downloaded. Not sure why. When I try to activate my license with my current code, it get an error message that reads “Activation error. Unable to connect to the activation server”. Please help.
