Hello, I installed a licence for Studio 2015 a few weeks ago, a licence belonging to a friend. I need to return it and install the licence I just purchased, but for some reason I cannot do this. I cannot deactivate my friend's licence to activate mine. can anyone help ? Thanks

Assuming you have used the deactivate menu in Studio can you confirm what's happenning? Is it Studio that is not deactivated or that your friends license is no longer available for her to activate in her account?
If the latter then she needs to raise a support request like this. Go to the Knowledgebase;
Then go to the tab called Solution Finder and now here;
Licensing Problems
- I use SDL Trados Studio 2015 / SDL Passolo 2015
-- I need to have my license reset
If the former and the problem is with your software then you need to raise a support request... but please confirm what happens in this case so we can suggest the best route.
