UNABLE TO DEACTIVE A LICENSE ONLINE AND OFFLINE

HOla!

I have tried to deactive my licence in a computer and I can not do it. I have followed all the steps but it keeps on saying that it is not possible for server related problem sort of "server does not respond". Also, when trying to deactive offline I get errors all the time. it tells me it is impossible to do it and I realy need to start using the licence in a new computer.
