No se pudo encontrar el archivo de datos solicitado

Hi everyone,

I was happily using Studio Trados 2019 and suddenly, I started getting this message: "No se pudo encontrar el archivo de datos solicitado".

I uninstalled Trados, I installed Trados again but I´m still getting the same message, so I´m stuck there.

Aslo, I guess I should have deactivated the license first... but I forgot, and now I´m also getting an error when trying to deactivate my license offline.

Not sure if this could have anything to do with not solving the problem.

Any help, please?? Thank you so much!
