Installed MultiTerm 2022 [SR2 - 17.2.5.2838] as part of Trados 2022 [SR2], launched MultiTerm and try to open a local termbase, but receive the error message: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Tried the following:
- Fresh Start and reinstallation - did not solve anything.
- Removed products (Trados and MultiTerm) and removed ALL references / entries to SDL, Trados, MultiTerm from Registry. Reinstalled products - no change.
- Cannot contact RWS Support. Cannot log a case (installation issue). Cannot reach anyone at RWS concerning this installation issue.
If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd be thankful.
