Reset licence

Dear Trados Support,

I am unable to reset my Trados license (Trados Studio 2021). My old computer is broken, so I need to reset my license to activate it on a new computer. 

I tried to reset it on the license page of my account, but I always reach a page without options to reset my licence. I have no Reset License window and so I cannot click Reset License:

 

Could you please reset my license for me?
