Trados Studio2021のライセンスを新しいPCへ移行したいのですが非アクティベートできません。
オンラインの場合、ライセンスサーバーに接続できず、オフラインの場合は非アクティブ化の承認を得るところでエラーが出ます。

You have Trados 2021 Freelance Plus. That is a single license with two activations. One of the activations is already available, so you can activate on the new PC by using the same activation code.
If you want to deactivate the other activation as well, please access the PC you activated on, open Trados, go to Help - Product activation. If you do not have access to that PC, please let us know and we will submit a case with our technical team for you.
