Hello,
I hope this gets me an answer, having any support from RWS sure is way too difficult for such an expensive product.
I switched laptops and I cannot login with my license key (online activation). I reset my license online as I did before in the same situation, but it still won't work. I get:
"Activation failed.
Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings.
The remote server has developed an error (403): Forbidden."
Then I have to proceed with the free trial, which will eventually expire. What should I do?
