Hello everyone, I’ve been having an issue with Trados Studio 2024 that I hope someone here can help me solve. I’m working with a Trados Team account, and I can access the cloud with no problems at all. I can also use the online editor without any issues.
However, whenever I try to open Trados Studio 2024 and access it through the Subscription tab, I only see the following:

"View and manage your subscription"

Team account name
-
The message: "Your selected account contains the following subscription" – Trados Team

At the bottom of the tab, I can only select "Close" or "Help"
When I click on "Close", I get the message: "The product license has been deactivated, and Trados Studio will now exit. To start Trados Studio again, you must activate the product"
The strange thing is that I can access everything else just fine, and my colleagues who have access to the same Team account aren't experiencing any issues. So, I’m wondering if anyone has encountered something similar or has any advice on how to fix this.
