Reset Studio license

Question

My computer has had a situation a month ago that has force me to reinstall the OS but the license activation code didn't work, but I was still able to work on trados without any trouble till the day before yesterday when trados won't give access without the activation code. I've tried the activation code on my account but it doesn't work. I've tried to reset the license but the reset button doesn't appear. What can I do reset the license and gain access to the software once again?
