Failed license activation

Hello!

I was forced to re-install my Trados Studio 2019 today. Even though I managed to deactivate the license beforehand, it still shows as 'In Use' in my RWS account. The 'Can't deactivate online? Deactivate offline' and the ‘Reset license’ options do not work and Trados won’t continue without entering an activation code (even after entering the code, I get an error message + after few attempts the 'Activate' button is greyed out).

Can you please assist me with resetting my license?
