Hi,
I tried to reset my license (Trados Studio 2024 Freelance) and activate it on a new computer but received the following error, "Failed to install RMS license string. Error ID: 210150".
When I restart the application, I get the following info message: The product license has been deactivated and Trados Studio will now exit.
Any help would be appreciated.

Please try to reset the license from your RWS account as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545
If your computer name contains any special characters please change it, restart the PC and then reactivate your license.
