I'm trying to upgrade from Trados 2019 to 2024, for which I bought a perpetual freelance version. The deactivation of 2019 went wrong and is therefore still active in my account. So is the 2024 version. I cannot reactivate or deactivate the 2019 version nor activate the 2024 version. Please help.

Looking through all the articles, I think I may have made a mistake during the offline deactivation of Trados 2019, in that I did not tick the 'Return license to Trados' box.
Is there anything I can do to fix this?

The Reset license button in still available for your license. Just try again to reset it.

I tried that. Trados 2019 won't let me reset. I get a screen with just the Product and the Activation Code but not the other information and no way to reset it.
