Help! Offline deactivation not registered and unable to reset licence!

I wanted to reinstall SDL Trados Studio 2019 due to a recurring issue I am having connecting to server-based TMs.

I deactivated offline as I could not connect to the server and completed the whole process via my account (I even received an offline deactivation ticket).

I then reinstalled and went to reactivate the licence but apparently the licence is still in use. Now I can't seem to reset the licence as this just takes me to a page with no options. Please help!!
