Licence deactivated but still "in use"

Hello,

I deactivated my licence offline (for some reason, it's been impossible to do it the normal way for months now), but it is still "in use" on my account, so I can't reactivate it on my other computer. I followed every step properly and got a deactivation confirmation on my account after sending back the deactivation certificate.
