Offline deactivation failed

I need to move my licence from my desktop PC to my laptop. I completed the offline deactivation process (and received the confirmation email) but the licence is still showing as "in use".

I can't use the reset function as it's impossible to connect to the activation server from Studio (been getting the sll error message for absolutely ages now).

Some assistance from RWS would be much appreciated!

    Unfortunately, we are experiencing a temporary technical issue with the reset system and we cannot reset your license at present, but the relevant team is working on solving this as soon as possible. 

    If you can, please delay moving the license. The alternative I can suggest, is to use the trial for Trados 2024 until this situation is solved if you have an urgent project,
