Translate
Hello everyone, I purchased an upgrade from Studio 2021 to Studio 2024. With the purchase, I got a message that the 2021 license would no longer be available after activating the 2024 version. I thought, well, so be it. However, I translate xml files for one of my customers and the old settings file doesn't work with Studio 2024. They seem unable to provide a compatible file, so I now would like to go back to Studio 2021 until they have solved the problem. However, the licence isn't available anymore. Is there any way to retrieve the activation code for the 2021 version? (I still have Studio 2021 installed on my computer).
