Hi, I do need help.
I have deactivated offline. But it is still in use in my account. I want to activate in my other computer, but failed. I can't activate offline because the available is 0.
I have tried to reset the license. but no further action can be taken as shown below. I did not reset my license 3 times in the last 12 months.
Unfortunately, we are experiencing a temporary technical issue with the reset system and we cannot reset your license at present, but the relevant team is working on solving this as soon as possible.
The alternative I can suggest, is to use the trial for Trados 2024 until this situation is solved if you have an urgent project - https://www.trados.com/product/studio/trial/
